PwC's 2016 Global CEO Survey, 78% of CEOs reported being concerned about the rapid pace of technology change on their ability to differentiate their business.  One such change is the transition to Software as a Service (SaaS), most notably the migration to Microsoft’s Office 365 platform.  Such strategies can help IT departments realize cost savings and simplify their portfolio, but what risks are incurred from a business and legal perspective?
